MVD-6kw 微波真空浸膏膨化干燥機(jī)對化工類的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行低溫干燥烘干，包括各種合成的粉末、顆粒、粘稠狀物料進(jìn)行低溫烘干。

包括含乙醇、甲醇等易揮發(fā)或易燃易爆等產(chǎn)品，進(jìn)行低溫干燥，干燥的同時能回收蒸發(fā)的蒸發(fā)物，安全、環(huán)保、降低環(huán)境污染。

一般使用用途為：

1、物料初始含水在80%一下。

2、干燥度要求在0.1%-20%以內(nèi)。

3、干燥溫度在20-120度以內(nèi)。

4、物料為粉體或顆粒狀，干燥后對外形無要求。

5、能符合間歇式操作性能的。

  在真空條件下，加熱物體可使物體內(nèi)部水分在無溫升狀態(tài)下蒸發(fā)。由于真空條件下空氣對流傳熱難以進(jìn)行，只有依靠熱傳導(dǎo)的方式給物料提供熱能。常規(guī)真空干燥方法熱的傳導(dǎo)速度很緩慢、效率低，并且溫度控制難度大，被加熱物料還會產(chǎn)生內(nèi)外溫差。微波加熱是一種輻射加熱，是微波與物體直接發(fā)生作用，使其里外同時被加熱，無須通過對流或傳導(dǎo)來傳遞熱量，所以加熱速度快，干燥效率高，干燥質(zhì)量高。
